The Cedar Hill Police Department will host the 2026 National Night Out Press Conference on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Traphene Hickman Library in Cedar Hill, Texas. A meet-and-greet will begin at 9:30 a.m. The event will officially help kick off Texas’ National Night Out campaign, bringing together law enforcement, community leaders, and crime prevention professionals in support of the partnerships that make National Night Out successful across the state. Participation will also support Texas National Night Out Coordinator Kristi Hosea in documenting and highlighting the accomplishments of communities throughout Texas as the state continues its tradition of excellence in National Night Out participation.
